For example, if part of your success involves acquiring new customers, you need courage, self-confidence and perseverance. In a leadership role, integrity, decisiveness, and vision are key. ProStar Coach includes exercises for 40 different personal strengths, and you can select the one that will make the greatest difference in your life. To develop your personal strength muscles, you choose from eight different kinds of exercises - including videos, articles, and audios - depending on how you like to learn. They help you focus on action, so you turn insights into behavior and performance. You work out until the desired behavior becomes a comfortable and familiar routine. |
